Exercise 3.3 Sixteenth-Note Playing — Four-Way Calibration
16 bass Bs per bar (sixteenth notes), following the metronome to even out every quarter beat
Tempo: 40-60 BPM
💡 A sixteenth note is a quarter beat: four Bs per beat — the "physical" for density limits. Get four even notes at 40 BPM first, then speed up gradually; chant "ta-ta-ta-ta" as a four-note run and let your hands follow your voice.
B=bass (below center) · S=slap (upper corner) · s=ghost (light touch) · ·=rest (hand hovering above)
